A Palghar District Collector's Office employee, Snehal Sawant, was critically injured in a daylight stabbing near Gold Cinema. CCTV footage shows Anmol Mule allegedly attacking her multiple times with a sharp weapon.

Police suspect a personal dispute, possibly relationship-related, as the motive. Mule is currently absconding, and a search is ongoing.
