Dr. Baidyanath Ghosh Dastidar, son of rebel TMC MP Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar, has sent a legal notice to Mamata Banerjee and other party leaders.

He denies seeking a ticket for the Barasat Assembly constituency, refuting claims that this denial influenced his mother's stance. The notice demands retraction of alleged false statements and a public apology.
