Ireland's not in the World Cup. So this Irish pub turned its flag upside down to cheer the Ivory Coast

When Ireland failed to qualify for the World Cup, staff at an Irish pub in Scotland joked that they should just turn their flags upside down and become an Ivory Coast bar instead. Three weeks later, Biddy Mulligans manager Ruairi O'Neill has found himself running what he believes is Scotland's first Ivorian-Irish pub.
