Dell Technologies founder and CEO Michael Dell and his wife Susan announced on July 4 that they'll give $250 each to the first 25 million qualifying American children who sign up for a Trump Account, the new government-backed investment vehicle that launched the same day. The pledge builds on the Dells' earlier $6.25 billion commitment.
