Rahul Gandhi has approached the Madhya Pradesh High Court, expressing regret over a statement allegedly defaming Kartikeya Singh, son of Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Gandhi's lawyer submitted an application stating the remark was unrelated to Singh.

Kartikeya Singh had filed a defamation complaint in a Bhopal court, leading to a summons for Gandhi. The Congress leader is now seeking to quash these proceedings.
