TMC MLA Kunal Ghosh faced an egg attack outside Mamata Banerjee's Kalighat residence. A youth threw an egg at Ghosh as he spoke to reporters.

The accused claimed Ghosh had committed atrocities. Ghosh condemned the incident as planned hooliganism and questioned security.

He stated the act would not deter him. Police action was pending.
