India's External Affairs Ministry has condemned an attack on the commercial vessel Settebello off Oman's coast, with 21 of 24 Indian crew rescued and three still missing. The Palau-flagged tanker reported an engine room fire.

This follows a similar incident last week where 24 Indian sailors aboard the "Marivex" were rescued by the Omani military.
