Cricketer Shashank Singh and his father, retired police official Shailesh Singh, face charges in Bhopal after a domestic cook accused them of assault, abuse, and confiscating his mobile phone. The cook alleges he was forced out of the bungalow and had money deducted from his phone for food and accommodation.

An investigation is underway following the FIR.
