A dramatic late-night incident near Meerut's Brahmpuri Metro Station saw a speeding SUV with an open rear door and a woman's cries for help. A local trader pursued the vehicle for nearly 3 km, hearing screams and shouts of abduction.

Despite eyewitness accounts and video evidence, police are investigating it as a possible domestic dispute, stating a woman, man, and child were in the car heading towards Delhi.
