Karnataka youth assault by 'right-wing activists' over lunch with Hindu girlfriend
A young man has lodged a complaint with Hubballi rural police, alleging he was assaulted by suspected Right-wing activists for having lunch with his Hindu girlfriend. The group reportedly demanded Aadhaar cards, then assaulted him after he identified as Christian.
They also allegedly took his girlfriend's video, made false accusations, and threatened the couple's mother for a ransom.
