Educationist Faisal Khan, known as Khan Sir, will not surrender in Patna Civil Court, with his lawyer stating a bail plea will be filed Monday. The case involves a June 2 attack on his coaching center, where a security guard was assaulted and property damaged.

Two of Khan Sir's security guards have already been arrested.
