A 20-year-old NEET aspirant in Hosur died by suicide on the eve of his retest, reportedly due to immense pressure and fear of failing after three years of preparation. His parents were away when he took the extreme step.

A suicide note found expressed his love for his family and his deep-seated anxiety about the exam. Police are investigating the tragic incident.
